For all lawyers, notaries and tax consultants there is a professional liability insurance with Allianz AG, Königstrasse 28, 80802 Munich. The insurance cover for lawyers does not apply in connection with the consultation and employment with non-European law and for the representation before extra-European courts. The insurance coverage for working as a notary is not limited in space and applies worldwide. Insurance coverage for tax consultant activity does not cover liability claims asserted outside the European courts or infringement or failure to comply with non-European law (with Turkey and the states of the former Soviet Union, including Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia being considered European law count).

Note: As a matter of principle, we do not participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board, but we are available for a face-to-face interview at all times, as long as there are any discrepancies regarding our activity or billing.
